Unprofessional. 1. Miserable staff vibe. while waiting, can hear reception staff giving results out to patients on the phone. 2. A second person appeared during an exam un announced (3. most painful exam by a doctor). 4. Gave wrong results (potentially life threatening) 5. Did not follow through on sending a referral, even after another phone call and email request. 6. Awful experience where dr didn't even remember performing surgery on me. Saw privately. Rude, cold and poor bedside manner.
