I have a complaint i want to voice. I have been a patient of Dr Francois since the late 1990s. I have had numerous visits diagnosis treatments and I have paid for every visit that I've had, not on time at times but I've paid. I do not think it to be fair that because of human error on your part that I should be penalized by not being able to see a doctor. I just had the most comfortable experience ever with a Physician. Recently moved to AZ. I selected this Dr from my insurance company website and did not know what to expect from this office, so I was a little bit anxious. Dr Francois took her time with me and made me feel extremely comfortable. Her bed side manners are exquisite. She reviewed my previous history completely, became very quickly with all my previous ailments, involved me in the diagnosis and treatment decisions.
