Dr. Hiltner misdiagnosed an abdominal mass on my Dad as a potential hernia. I, a person with no human medical experience felt his abdomen and immediately knew it was a mass or something extremely abnormal and definitely not a hernia. 24 hours later my Dad was diagnosed with lymphoma. His primary mass is a cantaloupe sized mass, which is what she thought may be a hernia. My Dads disease is extremely aggressive and fast spreading. Had he taken the advice of Dr. Hiltner, my Dad may not be with us today.

This doctor was very cold and detached. As I was explaining my symptoms she literally cut me off in the middle of my conversation and begins speaking over me. I don’t understand why someone would chose to be a medical doctor and have zero compassion and little empathy for the patients who keep them employed. Va needs to do a better job of making sure they hire people who care about the patients!!

This doctor could not care less about her patients the 1st words out of her mouth walking into the room are "OK go ahead" Like she could not care less if you were there and wish you were not. And please hurry up so we can get through this. And she is supposed to be a doctor to the veterans and treats them this way, she also talked to you like every word you're saying is a lie. Doctors like her are why 22 veterans A-day are killing themselves. I feel sorry for any person that has to see this doctor.
