Dr. Benneson showed no concern or care for what I had been experiencing and the health issues I have had for the past 4 months. On my first visit I advised his staff that I needed Short term disability paperwork filled out as well as my return to work paperwork if he felt I could return to work. He and his staff stated they would fill it out. The paperwork remained with him, on his desk per his staff's confirmations that it will get filled out. I needed a holter monitor.
