I Don't know why I see so many people complaining about this Doctor or the staff. I love them I've been going here for over a year. I never been in here for more then 45 mins. The service is fast, and they are always friendly.

Was specifically referred to Dr. Nercessian by my Dad's primary for arthritis issues in his spine. I work in the med field so I was concise and professional trying to make the appt for him. The receptionist on the phone was cold and impersonal. Without even seeing my Dad for a consult she told me "the Dr. says if it's in his spine, all he could do is prescribe PT and Tylenol so he wont see your Dad." Stunned, I asked for clarification. She simply said "NO THANK YOU" And she LITERALLY HUNG UP ON ME. I am beyond stunned!
