So far a negative rating would not be fair but getting close .... pleasant people but poorly ran business. Calls to a live person is impossible, their digial messaging only works if they "choose" to reply. I've never had a professional physician not return patient calls .. so far this is the first. I'm unfortunately caught in their loop and at their mercy of when and how their service will be applied.
