Two stars for two years. Ended up going to another provider that told us everything was taught had to be undone and finally, we are seeing real improvement. What a money pit! I think Dr Shao has good intentions and is passionate about VT, but it didn’t really work for us and honestly, he has revolving staff. They are young and some are rude and impatient and the doctor’s bedside manner could be improved.
