This office is very unprofessional. Took 5 days to get MS medicine refill. Medical assistant never calls back to even confirm she is working on it. Front office is rude. Front receptionist hung up on my pharmacy when they called to assist to get refills. No call back from Dr. WANG nor the nurse when asked. Had to go into office to ask for a nurse or Dr. WANG just to give them a phone number to call my pharmacy. I was not allowed to speak with anyone. Very uncaring, unprofessional and dirty office!
