Dr. Guzman is very professional and attentive. Both front desk staff were very friendly and patient. Since it was my first visit, I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but the process was explained clearly and everything was easy to understand. I especially appreciate Christina, who speaks Chinese. She was extremely patient and professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me work through a few issues, which made the whole experience much smoother. Our family shares a deep sense of gratitude for Dr Guzman, Claudia, Neddie & office staff. Our immediate and extended families have been under his care for over 20 years. Finding a Spanish speaking doctor is/was essential for my aging parents. When my father was diagnosed with Dementia and Parkinson’s, Dr Guzman not only guided us through medical decisions that needed to be in place, but also with legal matters.
