Didn’t show up to appointment with Dr. Guzman. I received links to check- in for my appointment to my phone number, but the links did not bring me to a check- in page. I’ve never experienced anything like this before and thought it was really weird, so I decided not to go.
Loved this Drs office and everyone is so nice.
The staff are very friendly, and the service is immediate; we didn't have to wait.
Dr. Guzman is very professional and attentive. Both front desk staff were very friendly and patient. Since it was my first visit, I was a bit nervous at the beginning, but the process was explained clearly and everything was easy to understand. I especially appreciate Christina, who speaks Chinese. She was extremely patient and professional, took the time to answer all of my questions, and helped me work through a few issues, which made the whole experience much smoother.
