I was referred to Dr Westbrook after a biopsy confirmed oral cancer on my tongue and in lymph nodes in my neck. Dr Westbrook immediately scheduled surgery and removed the tumor and metastatic lymph nodes. I feel that his surgical skill is excellent. This man and his team saved my life.
Dr. Westbrook is one of very ENTs in town. Sadly, El Paso os a medical wasteland. He is not very friendly and hardly spends anytime with the patient. I was disappointed in him as my dermatologist recommended him for deviated septum surgery . I was going to get the surgery by him and had to him $100 upfront to even schedule the surgery when we found out that my husband's insurance has a rider that will let me fly to another city for the surgery with no cost to us. Doctors May be good but takes for ever to see patients. Doesn’t care if patients have pain o other medical conditions and don’t respect appointments time . OVER BOOK schedule!! Also whenever we call takes days to return calla’s Also need to have better customer service most of the staff don’t have name tag specify front desk. But After I look for office Manager they call us to the exam room. Then office manager Ms. Mendoza apologize for the delay.
