Not a good doctor. Just joked and laughed with his staff while consulting. Put a camera up my nose for 5 seconds and charged me $500.
Westbrook required a $50 deposit to make an appointment AND to pay $893 in advance before seeing me. They did say I would get a refund when the insurance paid them; which can take 6 to 8 weeks. So, I would have to pay interest on the amounts until they got around to refunding my money. This is highly inappropriate.
Dr. Westbrook was very kind and explained everything thoroughly when my child needed a procedure.
I was referred to Dr Westbrook after a biopsy confirmed oral cancer on my tongue and in lymph nodes in my neck. Dr Westbrook immediately scheduled surgery and removed the tumor and metastatic lymph nodes. I feel that his surgical skill is excellent. I have had several return visits and had to be hospitalized due to dehydration. At every stage Dr Westbrook and his entire office staff have been there for me with a totally caring attitude.
