Dr. Thompson is always so kind, professional and intentional. He has gracially given me full care when I didn't always go to my PCP. Now he referred me to my new PCP and I love him for that, she is awesome. I highly recommend Dr. Ben!
I went to Dr. Thompson for my first pregnancy and at first it was great. However, when I got further along and started declining things he recommended he would get very upset with me. I do not mind listening to why a doctor recommends something, but my decision to decline something for my body was not respected. He was very rude about my decision, and scolded me like a child. I have been a patient of Dr. Thompson for years, before pregnacy, during my first pregnancy, and now during my second. The office staff is phenomenal; always helpful and professional. Dr. Thompson takes the time to answer my questions sincerely and thoroughly. My concerns are always taken seriously, and I leave the office feeling good about my visits. I was initially apprehensive about seeing a male doctor and had my parter accompany me, but I’m pleased to say that my experience exceeded my expectations. The doctor was professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. He answered all my questions thoroughly and showed genuine care for my concerns. His team was very helpful and supportive. I appreciate how patient’s guest are welcomed to be in the room. Overall, I left feeling satisfied with the care I received.
