Ben has been amazing since I first started seeing him for complex treatment over 3 years ago, including implants, bridges and dentures. His care and expertise have been outstanding throughout my two operations & every appointment. He is meticulous in his work & wonderful with anxious patients. The receptionists & nursing staff are all friendly, accommodating & highly professional. I would highly recommend The Dental Specialist to anyone looking for exceptional specialist dental care.
Extremely disappointing experience. Waited nearly 10 months for an appointment, only to still be waiting for a treatment plan, quote or results. Dismissive throughout the consult and zero follow-through. Would not recommend to anyone who values professionalism, empathy, or timely care. Didn't even inform me one practise was closing and still planned my day around making that appointment. Here I am nearly a year since booking and no step closer to the help I need.
