Extremely disappointing experience. Waited nearly 10 months for an appointment, only to still be waiting for a treatment plan, quote or results. Dismissive throughout the consult and zero follow-through. Would not recommend to anyone who values professionalism, empathy, or timely care. Didn't even inform me one practise was closing and still planned my day around making that appointment. Here I am nearly a year since booking and no step closer to the help I need.

A big thankyou !! to Ben for his meticulous care and outstanding expertise in replacement of my two front crowns..I was highly nervous ..Ben was patient, caring and listened to my concerns every step of the process and worked with me to create the smile I am happy to wear today. Also a big thankyou to the nursing and receptionist staff who were equally caring and helpful..Can not recommend highly enough Ben Sellicks and the staff at Victoria Park Specialist Clinic.....Thankyou for giving me back my smile...
