Dr Lyons needs to listen to the patient more thoroughly and not for the patient diagnosing himself.
During my stay in Georgetown, I experienced unexpected health issues that left me overwhelmed and alone in a new city . I was incredibly fortunate to find Dr. Benjamin Lyon. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also genuinely patient and caring. He took the time to listen, explain, and make me feel seen ,not just as a patient, but as a person. Nurse Heather was equally kind and supportive. Every visit felt reassuring. Thank you both for making such a difference when I needed it most!
I have been a patient of Dr. Lyon for well over 20 years. I don't even live in Georgetown anymore and I still go to him for my yearly check ups and problems that I have during the year. He is kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and always willing to work with me to live a more healthy and productive life. He is the best and I owe a lot to him.
Listens and gives his best to each and every visit I have had. Instrumental in convincing me yo have gallbladder removed 2021. I was very sick to point of sepsis and St Joe ER sent me home twice. I was able to have surgery done in G town by Dr Eric Smith. Those two greatly helped me. Aging isn't any fun but I'm happy to have a Doctor who understands and listens
