Disrespectful and uncaring.
I saw Dr. Johnson in the fall. He seemed very good. However, what would be a 5 star rating drops to a 3 star, after waiting on hold for 16 minutes to simply refill a prescription. When I asked the lady who answered if this long wait is normal, I am told it is not unusual. If this becomes normal, my next doctor review may be for a different one.
Dr Ben Johnson was unfeeling and very cold when he told me about my pathology report. If I didn’t do a bag for my bladder I would be dead in 3-5 years. I would never recommend this dr to anyone . It’s now 3 years I guess time will tell. That’s how you talk to a patient who’s dealing with cancer dr Johnson ?
