Dr Song has been my son’s Asthma and Allergy Doctor since first being diagnosed with both Asthma and Allergies- he is thoroughly impressive in his attention to detail and level of care! He takes the time to explain and makes sure that you are comfortable with the diagnosis and treatment plans!!
Very thorough explanation of course of actions and alternative solutions to my allergy symptoms. Attentive and thoughtful staff — actually updated me on timeline if there was a small delay.
Really positive experience with Dr. Song! He identified the issues causing my symptoms and established a treatment plan based on the options available to me. He's very efficient, and after each appointment with him, I receive a detailed summary of our interaction (what was discussed, what treatment plan was decided on, etc.). We have been using this practice (Canton, Novi, Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti) for a very, very long time and always really liked it until recently. At our last two apointments for yearly checkups it took an unusually long time to be seen in the office and in one instance we never even had the doctor come in. More recently, we made an appointment three months in advance, showed up and waited 25 minutes before being told that we couldn't be seen.
