I have been a a patient of Dr Nager for two conditions for many years now. He always takes the time to answer all of my questions and is very thorough in his exams. I’m not a doctor, but he seems to be on top of his game in keeping up to date with current research. His staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend him highly.
I've been a patient of Dr. Nager for 17yrs. with No Problems with Dr. Nager's Service. It's the front Office Workers "at the 750 Terra Cotta Office"!! THEY ARE VERY RUDE and DEGRADE YOU AS A PATIENT!! The OFFICE LADIES... DECIDED that I am no longer going to be a patient of Dr. Nager! The Office Workers Wouldn't even Let Me Speak With Dr. Nager to find out if he agreed with the office's decision. SO WATCH OUT That you Don't Anger One of the OFFICE WORKERS, because the same may happen to you.
I went to my appointment as scheduled, was checked in, weighed and put in an exam room. Dr. Nager walked in, said "You've gained weight" and walked out of the room. I continued to wait for his return for about 10 minutes when the receptionist stuck her head in the door and said "Can I help you?" I told her I was waiting for Dr. Nager as I had some questions and concerns. She said he had left and was no longer in the office.
