Useless. I have had better conversations about my condition with a can of chicken soup. I don't know what the guy does. A different Doctor reads my Xray and summarizes the results Another Doctor reads my Holter monitor and summarizes my results. When I have my visit he does not tell my anything about my condition. When I send questions via mychart he wants me to book another appointment (which I will be charged for) to get my questions answered, which he never talked about at my visit.
