They always put me on hold as soon as the phone rings!!!!
My mom has been trying to get surgery for the last few months. And they don’t want to give her a referral because the doctor she was referred to doesn’t take her insurance. But she checked online and the doctor she needs to see does do the surgery she needs. These people are so lazy DO YOUR JOB ITS NOT THAT HARD TO GET A REFERRAL.
Haydee Birkhimer, excellent NP - actually listens to you, communicates valuable information, and doesn't rush through consult. *front office is understaffed.
I recommend this place so much!!! I came here simply bc my prior primary stopped accepting my insurance which ended up being the best thing. I’ve been seen my multiple people here not just dr Gonzalez (who was great!!) and they’ve all been amazing. Do you know how rare it is to have that kind of experience? Their MAs and Receptionist are also kind and helpful! I’m so glad I found this place
