Can't get through to get services over the phone. It's always a sad day when you have to show up in person to get things done. To top off everything also once I arrived to the business there is next to no one in the waiting room. So I'm not sure why they can't answer a phone to help. I will be looking for another doctor because little by little the service has been getting worse and worse. And I think I can see it why you see the 'full' lobby. This is solely on my last visit. I went on a Monday, they never sent my prescriptions, I called on Wednesday, left a voicemail.. they never called back nor sent the prescription. Called on Monday, a week after my visit, was transferred 3 times, each time they would tell me to hold and never came back. After trying again I finally got someone who was going to send them. I like Dr. Benjamin Gonzalez however the staff not so much. Not friendly at all. Every time I call I am out on hold forever or they pass my call to someone else and they never answer! Horrible!
Their staff has zero empathy, definitely never coming here again. I can tell them a million times I need to get something done and even have an appointment but nobody cares. The office manager is a real piece of work, needs to change jobs or take a course on how to deal with people.
