The folks and the Staff are absolutely amazing!! It is their website and waiting for someone to actually answer the phone and stop placing you on hold!!!! They state to make appointments, check your info online but NOTHING is updated for us to do so at the website they provide. Please update and we will not be on Hold as long having to wait on you.
