Put me right at ease, was very thorough and talked me through my entire procedure.
I can’t recommend Proliance enough, every interaction has been great. This time I had my first steroid shot to try and manage my pain and Dr. Chilczuk and his team were awesome. He explained things plainly and was nice. They didn’t rush but got me in and out. The nurses were great and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Dr. Chilczuk is an excellent doctor. He went over my new x-rays explaining why I was feeling pain. He was very informative and there was no question I had that was not answered. He suggested a procedure I had before that did reduced my pain for about 7 - 8 months and was not invasive or painful to preform. This will to allow me to be more comfortable when exercising. I really liked that he did not suggest surgery as most doctors do. I would happily refer friends, family and business associates to him.
Dr spent time with me explaining the procedure. I was somewhat nervous but Dr Chilczuk, his assistant and staff kept me calm and comfortable.
Dr. Chilczuk is kind, caring and helpful. He takes time to listen, educate and go over options.
Very professional, and friendly doctor. Made a somewhat painful process more bearable.
This doctor keeps the patient informed about what is happening. And it always turns out just as he says.
Dr Chilczuk is a very caring physician and he’s extremely good at what he does. Would highly recommend.
