Was scheduled for surgery in August. July called to cancel because had broken 4-ribs. Explained situation. Lady answering call said "Don't call us, we'll call you." Never heard from them again!!!
My 5 year old had his tonsils and adenoids removed over the summer by Dr Collins. I was very hesitant at first as any mom would be but he answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. And my son can finally sleep through the night breathing though his nose with no snoring . We had a very pleasant outcome and would highly recommend !
I needed to get my medical records quickly, Mellissa was wonderful to work with and helped to make sure I got my records quickly.
They don’t call you back. My daughter was needing to be seen for enlarged tonsils and not one call back about it. Super disappointing. Our healthcare is so broken. Hope this improves. There should have been no reason to be dismissed.
Dr. Collins performed the Vivaer procedure on my nose. The results have been an amazing improvement on the constant congestion I was experiencing. I highly recommend both the procedure and Dr. Collins!
