I could not be more delighted with both the experience and results that I received from working with Dr. Benjamin Caughlin. I actually had cosmetic surgery 10 years ago and was living with mediocre results. Dr.Caughlin corrected all the issues and gave me the results I was hoping for the first time. I experienced a few minor issues with the office/staff early on but ultimately trusted my gut (and these reviews), moved forward with Dr. Caughlin, and he delivered a perfect result.
Wasted 12k on a “jawline correction”. Dr. C suggested an unnecessary chin implant to improve my jawline. I believed him since he says he’s the best. The implant made my face look cartoony and did nothing for my jawline, a year later I had to pay to remove it. Complete waste of money and time. As well have tried contacting the office multiple times for a refund or partial refund since I had to pay somewhere else to get it removed and have been completely ignored. Biggest mistake I could have made was to go to Dr. C

The front receptionist is rude as hell. I don’t know why she is so condescending. You can tell a lot about the doctor by the kind of people he has in his team and if this is how she treats people before even getting the money. Can’t imagine how they would treat afterwards.
