Extremely rude front desk staff with zero professionalism. Terrible experience.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Peng and his entire staff. The level of care and service I received was truly remarkable from every single person on the team. They took so much time to walk me through everything, answer my questions, and make sure I felt supported every step of the way. At age over 80's, I've had many doctor's appointment, but lately, Ihad the fortune of meetig Dr. Peng... It has been a great experience, totally satisfied with his treatment and most of all his personality, warmness and sense of humor, that made me feel I found a new friend.
