Dr. Fulmer has been my neurosurgeon for many years. He tries his very best to avoid putting the patient through surgery. He has always listened to my problems and done his very best to alleviate the problems by what ever means best for me. Due to autoimmune issues my spine is in poor condition. He has performed three cervical surgeries, and two lumbar surgeries, all very successful. I have recommended him to friends and family and they have all been very pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Fulmer.
