Patient care needs improvement at this office.
I was a patient of Dr O'Hea, then Dr Schacter and now Dr Hassani. I was happy that when I dealt with Dr Hassani, I felt comfortable and thought, great I have another great doctor who listens to me and has no hesitation to send me for a referral to a specialist if needed. His wife Mahsa was great at all my appointments with her - no compliants are all. Happy that they are now my doctor and NP.
I have been impressed with the professionalism of both him and the NP. The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. I was a bit worried when our doctor retired, but am pleased thus far with the office. I also love that they work within a multidisciplinary team, and all our concerns are addressed. I live out of the city, and welcome the Zoom appointments.
I think the nurse practitioner is incredibly kind, patient and empathetic. I always feel safe and heard when I see her.
