I knew going into my surgical procedure there were multiple complex issues and it would be a long surgery. I had complete degeneration at L4/L5, with severe stenosis. It didn’t look like a minimally invasive procedure would work for me but Dr Salari was able to give me options. He would attack the surgery as if it was minimally invasive and if he didn’t think it would work, then shift gears to the larger surgery. He is not only an exceptionally skilled and knowledgeable doctor but also has the rare combination of professionalism and a warm bedside manner, he takes the time to listen and he makes you feel truly cared for, if you are looking for a doctor who genuinely goes above and beyond Dr Salari is the one! Dr. Salari was very personable. Let me know step by step what my surgery would entail. He pulls no punches so you know exactly what could go right and wrong. Fortunately mine was good.
