My son needed a new dentist as he aged out of his pediatric dentist so we tried Dr. Orr. We arrived and the waiting room was unkempt and, in places, unclean. Highly unusual for a medical/dental office waiting room. We eventually went into the treatment room for a cleaning and X-rays. The cleaning was fine and then the dentist came in. She looked at the X-rays, examined my son's teeth and concluded he had two cavities but they could wait six months until his next appointment to get filled so we made his next appointment. Kids went for a cleaning at 8 o’clock and the doctor didn’t even bother to come in. Had to leave at 10:00. Staff was polite but the lack of respect from the doctor was ridiculous.
