She is absolutely the worst doctor I have ever seen in my life. She does not care About the people she cares for!!!! She will leave you an agony and go home and sleep well at night!!!
Dr. Hafiz successfully treated my autoimmune disease after much difficulties with Aetna Insurance getting an approved medication. She worked well with the team at Praire Heart and successfully treated my illness. Aetna gets a thumbs down.
Lies on records about patient care and does not follow through!
No follow through. Told patient that MRI was denied by insurance, did not know why. Followed up with insurance, no pre-auth was submitted. Wasted time driving 2 hours there and back, lost a days pay and was told there was nothing more that could be done. Poor excuse for physician and staff.
