Dr. R was fantastic with my son and daughter’s checkups today. And Ms. Serap did a beautiful job with both of their cleanings . We always feel comfortable and in great hands when visiting Dr. Bee’s office.
On Saturday, March 1st, 2025, our 5-year-old son experienced an unfortunate incident where his two front teeth were pushed back after he was accidentally bumped by his cousin and hit the headboard. In a panic, I quickly searched for an open dentist, but unfortunately, the first one I found wasn't able to provide the support we needed. Was not the experience we had hoped for yesterday. The appointment started of pleasant. Then went down hill. Was told that my insurance did not cover sealants and there was deductible. Of course, I believed this to me the case. The hygienist doing the sealants than was very uneducated about autism and how to work with a child with extreme anxiety. What a great experience. Arrived to our appointment and was greeted with smiles. The front staff was very prompt and attentive. The assistant Serap was amazing with my niece , making her first experience Very comfortable and fun. Dr.R was very thorough Explaining the treatment plan. Exceptional service overall! I will be scheduling my children here with Dr. R as well!
