We were very disappointed with our visit to this pediatric dental clinic. The dentist recommended placing four metal crowns on our five-year-old child, which struck us as an overly radical treatment plan. Disagreeing with this approach, we decided to consult another pediatric dentist. Worst experience I have ever had. I have worked in dentistry for 16 years myself, and I would never recommend this office to anyone. I sought a second opinion regarding my child's, which is every patient’s right. After doing so, I was told that because I received a second opinion elsewhere, I was no longer allowed to return to the practice. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and disappointing. We just recently moved to Wesley Chapel and I got told my son couldn’t become a new patient here because he’s 9 and he would have to had been a previous patient before turning 9. Just a ridiculous rule. His brother who’s 2 goes here but he can’t. Now we will find a new dentist for all the kids so they can go together to the same place.
