Worst dentist we’ve ever had. Number one, one of my kids went to get a prize from the prize machine and Dr. Bee came up to my kid and tells him I think you already got a prize accusing him. That was the first crazy thing. Next, my son got a tooth pulled for a bad cavity and he screamed so much. I truly felt they did something wrong there. My husband was like that’s not normal. 7/23/26 4pm Front desk was nice and professional. My son’s hygienist was nice. The room they bring you to was more like a zoo and the staff was very loud and immature. Their was a hygienist that wears a hijab that kept complaining about how people is stressing her out. Dr. B was explaining to a young African American mom with young children what’s the next steps he has to complete with her young son. We recently had a great experience at Dr. Bee's Pediatric Dentistry in WC. We saw Dr. Fontoura and had a very sweet and patient hygienist. We are new to the area and my daughter has seen a dentist since she was about 7 month old. Being new to this location, she was a bit apprehensive to sit in the chair by herself, so they have me a lap sitting device that allowed my daughter to sit on my lap and lay down while they did the exam. We had a scheduled appointment on 02/06 in the afternoon and waited over 45 minutes to see the dentist. This is unacceptable, especially when attending with a young child. This indicates poor scheduling and a clear lack of respect for patients’ time. Appointments should be honored. If a practice is unable to stay on schedule, patients should be notified or rescheduled instead of being left waiting. This experience reflects a failure to manage appointments responsibly.
