Nice receptionist but the doctor is very surface level and dismissive. Do not recommend if you want a thorough visit where most of your questions and concerns are addressed.
Ridiculous! After waiting for months to see the ENT specialist, the doctor sprayed anesthetic into my nose without asking for any consent and gave me no useful advice at all.
I can only say this place is a hell worse to visit. My appointment was 10:15am and I showed up at 10:00am. Person who had appointment at 10:00am came late at 10:15am and they let him go to doctor's room right away!!!!! Doctor Lau is so mean and rude, he never listen to what I was explaining and he kept mentioning "I don't wanna hear about the past" and asking what are you here for? I had been having horrible TMJ pain in my jaw, my family doctor referred me to Dr. Lau, I went in he stuck a long scope down my nose and into my throat very quickly and forcefully, he then said yep you have a problem and you better get it fixed soon or it’s going to get worse, he then showed me a plastic skull and said this is a normal jaw and then said this is your jaw and positioned it off to side.
