Rude Medical Assistants. Add in waiting over an hour and 30 minutes PAST my appointment time to be seen and I’m an established patient. He even disagrees with a diagnosis that other rheumatologists have diagnosed me with. It’s been so long the automated lights turned off and the only light currently is from the rooms laptop screen
Dr. Boudreaux has been treating my mother for the past five years. He is extremely compassionate and takes time to explain things to her very well. She was hospitalized when first diagnosed and did not have a doctor in the area. I called his office and ask if he could come see her at the hospital and he did. I’ve dealt with doctors in the Houma and Thibodaux areas and he is top-notch.
MD was very dismissive. I’ve been a nurse for 20+ yrs, and I know how to articulate my concerns, and disclose objective, pertinent information related to my health. I'm not one to frequent the doctor for any little problem, and only go when absolutely necessary. He was annoyed, and seemed I rather not disclose any information, as he’d rather read a medial history of my signs and symptoms from 20 years ago to form his opinion of my current condition. Of all the doctors I have seen in the past 27 yrs,,, this one takes the cake , waste of time , rude , extremely arrogant,,, To say the least , The girl behind the desk was horrible. She Literally screamed at me,,,, All because of a co-pay, I was not supposed to pay
As all new brooms they sweep well in the beginning. Been with Dr Boudreaux since he was an intern with Dr Espinosa. There has been two separate episodes where he was displeased with me asking to be referred to another Dr for second opinions and/or care, with most recent this week. He knows how bad my symptoms get without treatment and has chosen to withhold for reasons he had no confirmation on. He has decided to terminate our relationship on these grounds.
