Dr Bratu is an excellent and compassionate Doctor. I agree the schedulers are not focused and efficient but this is a rating for the doctor not them.
Dr. Bratu has been an excellent Gastroenterologist for me. She has been there for me (and others I know well who have spoken of their experiences with her) if there is ever an issue. She is extremely kind, concerned, professional and knowledgeble, and I trust her explicitely. Thank you for being you, Dr. Bratu!!
The office staff is not concerned with completing referrals in a short time frame. When you call, days later, you're told that she'll "get to it." When it finally gets done, partially, there's little interest in helping get the paperwork to the next office, even if you are calling from their waiting room because the paperwork that was sent was incomplete.
don't go in before lunchtime, she'll give you the bum's rush out if they're running behind (which they always are) and your appointment pushes unto her lunch
