I can't recommend Dr. Bear enough! I was dealing with severe sciatica nerve pain and needed relief. Dr. Bear got me in quickly and worked his magic. After just one visit, I felt a significant improvement. The office was welcoming, and Dr. Bear took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel completely at ease. Wish I would have found Dr. Mark the last two times I was in town -- will definitely be going back. Got my neck sorted out before a long drive back down to Ohio!
Went in with shoulder pain and within one visit was back to swinging a golf club. Highly recommend!
I am pretty particular about where I get a massage. I have been going to Dr Mark for a sprained arm (blame my very large dog) for his chiropractic treatments. Cold laser, etc. That segwayed into getting my first 1 hour massage with Dr Mark and walked out with a great release of muscle tension that also benefitted my arm he has been working on. Engaging personality and sense of humor, I enjoy my time spent during these crucial to my health treatments. I am a very active 66 year old woman who is determined to age healthily.
Dr. Bear is fantastic! Always great conversation while finding and fixing my vacation inuries! I know I can count on Dr Bear Total Body Health Care!
