The office staff calls to yell at you when you go to urgent care when your kid can't breath because you didn't call them first - - but wait! we did call and they didn't pick up. Seriously. They made my wife cry. Not sure why they are so terribly rude. Always left with an "ehh" feeling about the dr and, more specifically, the staff. If your insurance accepts another place, I'd go there.
