Worst pain doctor ever. Basically told me I was too young to be on pain pills and need to learn to live with my disease and pain. Basically said the only way to stop the pain is to jump a bridge. I was tricked on trying suboxen for pain and when I told her this she said that was a lie and a doctor cannot prescribe it for pain. I let her know this same doctor put me back in opiates as it was the only thing remotely helping. First she isn't a doctor she is a NP and is required to work under a doctor, by NY law for Workers Compensation requirements. When I saw her it was under Dr. Bagnall guidance. Dr. Bagnall had prescribed me hydrocodone and she other opioids but forgot when a urine test was done. I had been seeing Dr. Bagnall since 1994 and never had a bad urine sample but with Ellen she forgot he prescribed hydrocodone and under NY requirements I had to go to rehab for drug abuse!
