Dr. Kamala Douglas... What a legend. It was a very short notice and she pulled out two teeth without any pain. I had very bad experience with other dentists but Kamala was calm, cool and collected. Didnt even realise when she put the injection and pulled out my teeth. Big Thank You again and to Sathu
Dr Kamala Douglas was so lovely. Removed my wisdom tooth that was causing me discomfort and pain. Dr Kamala ensured that I was in not pain the whole time and ensured I was comfortable. She removed the tooth so quickly and effortlessly. Ensured to give me instructions for after care. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I had worse experience there. I went for tooth extraction . Dr Kamala tried to remove my tooth , she couldn’t do it then she called Dr Basty & asked him to helped her .Nearly 30 min , he was trying to remove my tooth. When, he was removing , my tooth’s 🦷, root part was broken. After that they both were trying to remove the root part for 1& 1/2 hours finally I asked them to leave it . I had gone to Dr. Douglas to have my wisdom teeth removed. Dr. Douglas was highly experienced and explained the process and post surgery treatment well. The practise located on Heatherton rd, dandenong is very clean with ample seating in the reception area and parking out the back. Would definitely recommend anyone from the area, to come here.
My experience with this certain dentist was not satisfactory. He directed me to his wife when I specifically went to be treated by him. His wife did a root canal treatment and it was not properly done as it resulted in the breakage of my teeth. So I went back and told my situation after the treatment in a couple of month and I said what happened. He said that it was all my fault, and that the causation was due to biting bones, however I told him I was a vegetarian. So he changed his statement for the situation, resulting in ... read more
