I’m not sure about the doctor, but the receptionists are terrible. I called ahead and confirmed multiple times that they accepted my insurance. Despite this, after coming in the cold, the older receptionist rudely dismissed me, saying they didn’t cover it—no apology or explanation. The one I spoke to on the phone wouldn’t even make eye contact or say anything.
Been with them for more than 10 years. Can complain but not material to not give a 5 star review. Dr Bassily is very good dealing with people. Cant say the same with the rest of the team but Dr Bassily compensates all others shortcomings. I recommend this business.
High charge with no service. , they canceled my appointment the same day
I had a great experience thanks to Dr.Bassily, has a great team working at hand. I felt very comfortable and welcoming from the Front desk. They are extremely caring and respectful. Dr. Bassily takes the time to listen to his patient, I’d recommend Dr.Bassily to anyone. The best of the best. I was extremely satisfied from my visit!
