If I could give less than 1 star I would! Dr. Hanna was very rude and aggressive, I’m 99% sure that I have a deviated septum (the reason why I went there). I have been having nasal breathing problems for 15 years and I’m only allergic to dander from cats and dogs, I’ve only had minor allergic reactions when I’m around animals and nothing else! My mother was on his waiting list for 6 months, then he moved his practice to Oakville and not a word to my mother about a damm thing…….. HOW VERY PROFESSIONAL……….

I am baffled that they just up and closed the practice October 22nd and never told patients I was talking to them the week before, post surgery, because I was waiting for them to do the paperwork for my treatment. And now I’m told I’m not accepted because I need an active ENT. Didn’t even know I no longer had one. How is this legal?

Awful, condescending and rude!! Wouldn't let me explain what was wrong with me, said everything was basically fine and prescribed and sinus medicine that wasn't covered and was wayyyy to expensive to pick up. Everything is just fine yet my sinus issues have persisted for close to two years!! Will never go back. I'll travel halfway across the globe for a doctor before I ever see this quack again! One star is way to generous but I cant give a negative star rating otherwise it would be!
