Dr. Basil and his team are wonderful... but it would be better if the reception staff were also at the same level. I will be evaluating the reception staff today, and honestly, after my visit this morning, my evaluation is very negative. They should learn how to smile at people and learn polite communication skills instead of being arrogant and indifferent. They are not worthy of working in this place
