I did not get to meet the doctor. The staff member I encountered was inhospitable, ignored attempts at conversation, and when going over sensitive information, that person made me feel judged. When I asked for assistance from someone else, the staff member walked a door down and started speaking about me. I walked out. Don't need my personal information being handled by even one person who can work in the medical profession and judge someone along for help

Initial experience with office staff was awful. Waited a month for an appointment. Showed up and they didn’t have appointment in their computer. Doctor had left for the day. Rescheduled appt. Had to get a babysitter for 3 small children. Receptionist not very apologetic. When we finally got in, the Dr absolutely amazing… very caring, addressed all concerns and prescribed treatment that really works!
I've seen so many rheumatologists that have blown off my issues as fibromyalgia and ignored positive blood work. He is the first one to take me seriously, show empathy, and want to help me. Highly recommend.
