It's run like a "medi-cal community clinic" not a specialist office. Staff has no basic medical knowledge whatsoever and lack customer service. Dr. Nahlawi was very nice but never provided any results to me or my primary referring doctor. Nothing! It's takes on average 7-10 to get a response from portal messages and phone calls. If you like a " Community clinic environment" then this office is for you...
I was a little nervous for my son to see this doctor after reading some of the reviews. I am a nurse and I was impressed with the office staff and the doctor. She was Very straight forward which some people may not like but, very thorough. She actually seemed to care and want to get to the bottom of why my son has been feeling so bad. I appreciate it and we are thankful to be under her care. Thanks Doc! Kam and Katie
Chaos.. unorganized, RUDE, lack of knowledge or willingness to help front office and incompetent medical assistants that tell you lab is all normal then call back saying it abnormal then normal!!! Then told to come back and discuss symptoms which were done at prior visit. Ultrasound was abnormal told normal. Also incorrect documentation on visit summary. It's been over a month since my consultation and they still haven't provided him the consultation letter or Ultrasound results...It is run like a welfare clinic not a specia... read more
Horrible experience! The front office staff is extremely rude and condescending and don’t even care about answering your questions. The dr is unprofessional. Made an appointment with the doctor but her assistant came and quickly gave me an answer and did not even bother to fully examine me. The doctor came for a minute and rushed out without any proper explanation and ordered more and more testing to make money and give the patient more run around.
