Very knowledgeable, patient and with very good bed side manners (and a sense of humour!). Strongly recommend. Our whole family goes to see Dr. Lau. Also, if you need an appointment urgently, he will see that he makes time for you, staying late if needed.
Dr Lau is incredibly kind to my spouse who is in Aged Care. He visits, recommends cutting back on medication rather than 'pushing pharmaceutical products' as stated by one of the previous reviews. He then rings me to update me on my spouse's treatment plan. He often is on the phone for over 1/2hr, not rushing me when I query anything. He is very articulate and I would recommend him to anyone needing a Geriatrician.
If you want to be heard, don't come to this GP. He's a joke I tell you.
Excellent knowledgeable kind caring GP: highly recommend.
