Dr Ferrell and his staff took exceptional care of our daughter and made her wisdom teeth procedure easy and painless. Would highly recommend!
nurses and everyone taking care of me pre-surgery were not empathetic to my anxiety at all. the lady who administered my nitrous oxide walked into the tube which gave immense pressure to my nose. then, when she administered some random drugs in my arm, she said, “wow this is gonna be really deep” and that made me very nervous. when my heart rate went up nobody helped me calm down. some other lady walked into the room as i was losing consciousness and was yelling with excitement. i got very scared by it and told her to stop. ... read more
