As a retired dental hygienist, I was so impressed with the care of my husband and the professionalism of Dr. Morrison and his staff. The office was clean, the staff was very friendly, and Dr. Morrison's expertise in endodontics was evident by the final radiographs after treatment. I would highly recommend Dr. Morrison.
Dr. Morrison got me in for treatment immediately and took care of my problem.
If I had known that the waiting room would be littered with maskless people, that the dental exam areas allowed maskless visitors where oral surgery was being performed, and that there was no real ventilation, I would never have made an appointment with Dr. Barton Morrison and Eastern Idaho Endodontics (6 offices: idaho Falls, Burley, Pinedale, Pocatell, Jackson Hole, Hailey) There was a lack of concern for patient health and safety. Ask any regional dentist- Bart is one of the best in the business. He is on top of his game, gets you in and out quickly with no pain and always does a follow-up call in the evening to check on your condition. My insurance company always pays close to half.
Dr. Morrison did two root canals on my teeth. There was no pain. He was gentle and concerned that I was not hurting. He even called my home at night to make sure I was OK. I highly recommend him.
Dr Morrison was great. My issue is after they received 99% of the money owed and because I moved, I had no idea any money was owed. I had a leftover bill of $11 and was sent to collections. I had no idea I owed this. ??????? Make sure after you pay the amount that they tell you is owed and even after insurance pays you call the lady at the billing department to make sure you don’t owe a few $$$ so she doesn’t send you to collections.

The service was fine, but not anything different than you would get from a regular dentist. Here is the real difference. This office knows they have the market cornered and are the only endodontist in East Idaho. So they refuse to be in network for any insurance carrier. Why? So they can jack the price to whatever they feel like. What this means for the patient is that your insurance, no matter how good, will pay a nominal portion and you get stuck with the rest.
