We’ve been going to this place for a few years now. Never any issue. The staff is exceptionally helpful. The lady that answers the phone needs some customer service education & telephone etiquette. She is rude and does not let you speak or finish. When asking a question, she never answers, just repeats your question. I understand if you don’t know the answer, try to ask coworkers but yo just repeat the callers question is not good front end customer service.
Been going a few years now and nothing but a positive experience. Highly recommend them and the only saying “If you dealt with the rest definitely time to try the best”
I highly recommend this practice! I saw Johanna Letts and she was so thorough and super compassionate! She noticed certain things that were a cause of concern and immediately referred me out and forwarded the notes that day! She took so much time with me and performed many tests!
I’ve been to plenty of eye drs over the years and even with that it’s been about 5 years since I’ve had an eye exam and about 3 since I’ve gotten new glasses, with that I will never go anywhere else for glasses, the staff is amazing. From start to finish they are only professional but take their time to actually get to know you and they hear you. Great service and super friendly staff. We have used for both routine and medical visits and always have a great experience. They take their time to explain everything. Highly recommend!
