I got my Lasic from Dr Wasserman in like 2002 and couldn’t be happier with the outcome. As others have said, the whole process was based around being confident in the process and being relaxed during the procedure…which was over in no time and gave me incredible vision immediately. I recently had a full eye exam and that Dr mentioned that it is difficult to see any signs of the LASIK surgery sites. Over 20 years later and I benefit from my LASIK every day. No looking back!
Yes I had a schedule appointment with him he did not my daughter from being seen because I miss one appointment with him and now he refuses to see us and he don't want to take our insurance so I am giving him a downgrade because of this he should have still set my insurance and my daughter so she go ahead and get seen now and I have a hard time to find ophthalmologist to take care of her shorts
Very bad experience . They don’t explain what insurance is required and take the appointment.. they also get the details online as well, but don’t verify . It’s ridiculous how much they take health of kids for granted for appointments that we have to wait for weeks!
While my son has a positive experience when in Dr. Wasserman's care, the scheduling and wait times in the office are unacceptable. At his most recent visit, we waited 2 hours before even getting seen by the assistant. Because there are only 2 days a week that the office sees kids, we had to pull my son out of school an hour early. Had a first appointment today for my daughter. Got there early as requested by the office to fill out paperwork and was taken back relatively quickly from the waiting room. Then proceeded to wait for over an hour in the room for this arrogant dismissive know it all to show up and not even acknowledge how late he was. I went through my 2 biggest concerns one by one and without me even finishing my explanation he told me it was nothing and just wanted to examine my daughter.
