My grandmother has been in the ICU at Mercy South. We asked for an update and this doctor came in and didn't like the way we asked questions so he got very defensive from the start and said he knew more than us, was unwilling to talk, and argued about the status of my grandmother when questioned. Physician wasn't understanding at all and didn't have the time to be. After medical terminology was used while talking he clapped back with challenging my medical experience.
