I would not recommend this doctor to my worst enemy. If you call up this group he's one of the only doctors that takes on new patients run do not go . Had one of the worst experiences he does not give you any time does not care about his patience has zero bedside manners it's probably one of the worst doctors I've ever experienced. I chose to discontinue care with this cardiology practice after being informed by a staff member, not Dr Merrill, that I needed to start medication without first having a direct discussion with the physician regarding my results or overall cardiovascular risk profile. What was most disappointing was that several important factors we had already discussed during my visit did not appear to be meaningfully considered. I was just another body to push medication on. Very caring and kind
I have been seeing Dr. Merrill for over 12 years. Recently I had severe pain around my heart. I walked into his Office, requesting to see the doctor. The office was not busy.The girl at the front desk stated she would relay this message to the doctor. She came back in a few minutes and said the doctors advice if I had any more pain, I should go to the emergency room. Would not even see me for a few minutes.
