Dr.Richardson came to my home to help me lay to rest my beloved 14 year old boxer (fur baby/love of my life). I appreciated his time to walk me the through the process. He took 3 months of his time educating me, never attempted to rush the process, and was gentle through probably the one of the worst days of my life. My mom used this place all the time. So when I started needing a vet ...It was till my kids were grown, and I got my first real all mine pup. He got injured, I had used Pleasant Valley before ...They xrayed him and went straight to put him down..I listened because they were the smart ones..I regretted it..
