Very very expensive and arrogant. Even our healthfund said he is extremely expensive. $1380 for one wisdom tooth and only got back $131 and that's with having top cover.
Extremely rude, patronising and insensitive. The last thing you want to experience when going to an important appointment that concerns your health, went last week and waited over an hour only to be rushed in and out for five minutes and made to feel irritating for asking valid questions about procedures. Would not give any indication of cost and left me feeling much worse about an already stressful experience. So disappointed

Rude, patronising and no bedside manner. Got angry when asked questions pertaining to the surgery and walked me out of the room, not allowing questions to be asked. Rude main reception staff, one staff member was kind, but they wanted to charge $$$ for the consult while refusing to book the surgery. Avoid this man he truly should retire. He doesn't enjoy his work and is extremely rude if you don't have private insurance, even if you could pay immediately!
I honestly don't know why some people have given Dr Reed and his staff less than 5 stars, because I'd give 10 if I could! Very pleasant (Dr Reed & staff), easy to talk to, sounds very knowledgeable and explained things to me with patience and in terms I could understand.
