This dentist and his office submitted a claim for services that were not performed. The follow up with the insurance company has not happened and I cannot have the service somewhere else until they return the check an cancel the false claim with my insurance company. I am currently 10 weeks pregnant and the office manager just yelled at me over the phone. "I don't want to hear your complaint" is what she said. Stay away from this place. They are despicable to say the least.
poor dental receptionist who dont know to handle calls correctly. lack of coordination between the office staff and musikant. i called requesting for x rays and over 2 weeks now had passed and i called again and it never taken care of.
Dr. Kim who saw me was a great doctor, but the office and office staff is terrible and stuck in the past. Office equipment is completely outdated, and the office staff has no office skills at all. After an hour on the phone, they still were unable to grasp the concept of "email me a receipt". Fail fail fail - I would never go back here, and I wish the excellent Dr. Kim would work at a different office that's easier to deal with
very excellent and fair office is clean staff knowledgable work was as pleasent as possible
Excellent Endodontist. I've had two root canals, one was a tough case, and both have been commented on by my general practitioner as being "very well done". Dr. Musikant is an easy-going personality, and he respects the individuals pain threshold. If you are clear about your concerns upfront, he hears you. It is a costly procedure anyway, and his is more costly, but you get what you pay for which is excellence.
he is the king in root canals & more, out of all the top doctors around that i have seen he is top in his trade, and very nice. very satisfied!
He is superb, albeit expensive. He has performed at least four root canals on me. He stands by his work, and even has charged me relatively modestly [for Manhattan] to deal with a failed root canal by a predecessor not in Dr. M.'s practice. On that I may now need an apicoectomy, because that other gibrone left an instrument in the canal, which became infected, and retreating was not effective [which is why I didn't give Dr. M. himself a 4 on success -- not his fault IMO] A bonus is that Dr. M. has an engaging and winning per... read more
